Citrus Heights Police Seek Help in Finding 'At-Risk' Missing Woman

"Holly is low functioning and suffers from mental disabilities," according to a police announcement. "This places Holly into the "At Risk" missing adult category."

The following is a press release from the Citrus Heights Police Department: 


The Citrus Heights Police Department is asking the public assistance in locating HOLLY MITCHELL (21 years old). On 11/18/2013, Holly Mitchell was last seen at her apartment located at the 6300 block of Birdcage Street, Citrus Heights. Sometime during the night, Holly left her residence and her whereabouts are currently unknown. 

Holly is low functioning and suffers from mental disabilities. This places Holly into the “At Risk” missing adult category. 

Holly Mitchell is described as a female adult, 5 foot 1 inches tall, 115 pounds with brown eyes and long brown hair.

Holly was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with an embroidered animal image on the front, short red plaid skirt, and tall brown swede boots. 

Holly is known to ride buses with her family and she does not drive vehicles. The [attached] photograph is a recent picture of Holly. 

The Citrus Heights Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Holly. Anyone with information or has seen Holly is encouraged to call the Citrus Heights Police Department at (916) 727-5500.
